The Alexander Technique is taught in many of the top music conservatories around the world. The Alexander Technique teaches students how to use their mind/body more effectively in playing music (and other activities) with greater ease and grace. Musicians will find that not only does their sound get better, but their experience of playing becomes deeper, more joyful and emotionally expressive. David has also been very successful helping musicians deal with body oriented playing issues related to injuries, repetitive stress and performance anxiety. All students are invited to try a free introductory lesson/consultation to see whether the Alexander Technique is for them.
