Safety Protocols & Ticketing Policies:
2021/22 Performance Season

Indian Hill Music is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patrons, musicians, guest artists, and staff as we welcome everyone back to our venues for live music performances this fall. Following are the safety protocols, ticketing policies, and concert/event format changes currently in place for the 2021/22 performance season.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The COVID-19 situation is rapidly changing and we must make decisions about our safety protocols with the best information we have available. Therefore, these protocols are subject to change as each concert approaches. We will update this webpage and inform our patrons accordingly. (Last update: November 15, 2021)

Our regular ticketing policies and our usual concert/event formats at our venues have changed! Scroll down or use the links below to read them.

ORCHESTRA OF INDIAN HILL CONCERTS

Littleton High School Performing Arts Center, 56 King Street, Littleton MA

CONCERT SAFETY PROTOCOLS

These safety protocols take into consideration several factors, including the capacity of the venue as well as the typical demographics of the audience.

  • It is Indian Hill Music’s policy that everyone in attendance (ages 16+) at Orchestra of Indian Hill concerts at Littleton High School will need to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 (with at least 14 days having passed since the final dose) or or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the concert start time. A negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test will not be accepted.

  • Proof of vaccination or negative test can be shown by either a physical copy or a copy on a smartphone. Such proof must be shown at every concert that a patron attends.

  • In order to match vaccination records or negative test results to patrons, patrons 18 years and older must display a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Patrons under 18 may use a government-issued photo ID or a school photo ID.

  • Everyone in attendance will also be required to wear a face mask at all times when inside the venue regardless of vaccination status. Masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings.

CONCERT TICKETING POLICIES

We have adjusted our 2021/22 season ticket policies to more readily accommodate exchanges, credits, and refunds should a ticket holder be unable to attend a concert, or if a concert needs to be reconfigured, rescheduled, or cancelled.

  • If Indian Hill must reconfigure, reschedule, or cancel a concert, we will contact patrons to offer an exchange, credit or refund.
