Biography

Pat Diamond is proud to be an Indian Hill Music outreach program faculty member. She teaches violin classes for grades 5-8 in Fitchburg’s Longsjo and Memorial Middle Schools. 

Pat has taught public school music since 1976. She taught strings and general music for grades pre K – 12 in four states (NJ, FL, IN, MA). Some of her awards include the Hopkinton Hero Award, Goldin Award, Teacher of the Year Award, and the Arion Award. As a performer, Pat played violin in the Wellesley Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Max Hobart, for twenty years. She also enjoys playing chamber music with Seele Musicale.
