    Incidental Music to L'Arlesienne

Come hear our ever-popular Concertmaster Alice Hallstrom play Bruch’s exceptionally tuneful, comforting, romantic, and exciting violin concerto, “Scottish Fantasy.” Performed not as often as other violin concertos, be sure to catch this unique and timely rendition. The concert begins with the music of Florence Price, newly-discovered African-American composer from the early 20th Century, and concludes with Georges Bizet’s melodious “L’Arlesienne” incidental music. You’ll be humming the tunes all the way home!
