Bruce Hangen | Artistic Director & Conductor | 2021/22 Concert Season

Four by Two

Saturday, January 22, 2022 | 7:30pm

Littleton HS Performing Arts Center, 56 King Street, Littleton MA

Symphony No. 4 in B-flat Major, Op. 60
Symphony No. 4 in E Minor, Op. 98

Masterpieces all around! Just two main courses this time––a great opportunity to immerse yourself in Beethoven’s classical, and classically humorous but often neglected symphony, and in Brahms’ symphony to follow, referred by others as the “greatest orchestral work since Beethoven.” Premiered in 1808 and 1885, respectively, these symphonies are the best there is, and they are stimulatingly great for everyone’s heart and soul––music of the highest order!

Indian Hill Music is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patrons, musicians, guest artists, and staff as we welcome everyone back to our venues for live music performances. Please read our complete concert safety protocols, ticketing policies, and concert format changes here.

Below are the safety protocols currently in place for Orchestra of Indian Hill concerts at Littleton High School Performing Arts Center:

A negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test will not be accepted.
  • Proof of vaccination or negative test can be shown by either a physical copy or a copy on a smartphone. Such proof must be shown at every concert that a patron attends.
  • In order to match vaccination records or negative test results to patrons, patrons 18 years and older must display a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Patrons under 18 may use a government-issued photo ID or a school photo ID. Patrons under 12 who are providing negative test results must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements.
  • Everyone in attendance will also be required to wear a face mask at all times when inside the venue regardless of vaccination status. Masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings.
